Depression & Anxiety is your body’s way of telling you that “You need to get your shit together 🤷🏽‍♀️”

Depression & anxiety are literally a physiological and psychological symptom of disconnect between your mind, body, emotions, and society.

Instead of trying to find a quick fix in this season, you must sit, reflect, and LISTEN to what YOUR BODY is telling you.

What are some ways for you to bring yourself back to a “meditative state of mind?”

So here’s what I did:

✨ Received professional help

✨ Created healthy habits to heal my gut & normalize my hormone levels

✨ Dedicated 20 minutes everyday for physical activity

✨ reframed my mindset from problem focused to solution focused

✨ Lost weight

✨ Created time for “self care”

✨ Formed a community of empowering men & women

After 2 solid years of work, I am feeling sexier and more confident than ever; & I am no longer a slave to my emotions or thoughts.
